To ensure the safety, health, and wellbeing of all, we need a few forms completed prior to you attending your massage booking.
Please complete the steps laid out below by clicking each link, and if you don't complete the forms in steps 2 and 3, we may not be able to let you attend your massage booking.
The Perth campus is located within Goodlife Health Clubs, 388 Hay St, Subiaco
Bookings cannot be made within 24 hrs of an appointment to ensure we have enough time to prepare for your treatment.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept cash as payment for your treatment.
There is no parking available on our campus.
