To ensure the safety, health, and wellbeing of all, we need a few forms completed prior to you attending your massage booking.

Bookings cannot be made within 24 hrs of an appointment to ensure we have enough time to prepare for your treatment.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept cash as payment for your treatment.
NO PARKING* available on our campus during business hours (830 am - 5 pm, Mon - Friday)
*Valley Metro Parking and Train Station is a 5-10 min walk from our campus, bus stops are located on our street as well as metered parking in surrounding streets.
