We understand that some clients may have preferences regarding their therapist's gender when booking our student massage clinic services. While we will do our best to accommodate these requests, please note that we may not always be able to meet them due to scheduling and availability limitations. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing a comfortable and professional massage experience.
Are you currently pregnant?
Our students receive training for pregnancy massage, but it is not as extensive as the training received through a formal pregnancy massage qualification. Pregnancy massage is generally considered quite safe if performed by a qualified and experienced massage therapist. Although massage presents a very low risk of miscarriage in the 1st trimester, it is recommended that you do not book a massage in our student clinic during this time or until after you have given birth. Please note that if you do proceed to book, and the student therapist is not comfortable performing the treatment, we may not be able to offer this service. However, a full refund will be provided.
STUDENT MASSAGE CLINIC - Terms and Conditions
By proceeding through one of the links below and booking a massage, you agree and acknowledge the following terms and conditions:
Our students are continually being assessed - a supervisor may enter the massage cubicle during your treatment
Students must perform a physical assessment before they commence the massage. So, you will not be on the table for the entire time
For hygiene purposes, underwear must be worn during the session
Children are not permitted in our massage clinics
Any references or comments of a sexual nature will not be tolerated. This is a professional learning environment.
Rude or offensive behaviour towards staff or students will not be tolerated
If you are late for your appointment, we may be unable to add time to the end of your session.
If you need to cancel or modify an appointment, please use the 'Log in' feature located at the top right of the booking screen (image below)
Your appointment may be cancelled at short notice if the therapist is sick or injured. If this happens you may request a full refund, otherwise we will attempt to reschedule it.
